Cause
Condition: During automatic tuning with the host selected as the command source, the host-planned stop time is too short. An excessively short stop time prevents the automatic tuning algorithm from making its determination, affecting adjustment results. Cause: The cyclic stop time is too short.
Corrective action
- For reciprocating travel between two points, stop before the return movement for more than 1 second.
- For unidirectional travel, add a stop period within an appropriate distance (more than 2 motor revolutions). Reset the alarm.
