Cause

During power-on initialization, communication between the FPGA and motor encoder fails.

Corrective action

Observe function code H0B28 to see whether it is not 0. Check whether the encoder wiring is normal. Check whether the motor model setting is correct. Check whether software versions H01.00 and H01.01 are correct.
