Cause
Condition: Incorrect timing when reading the absolute position through DIO. Causes:
- Timing error.
- Read timeout.
Corrective action
- Correct the I/O read timing: (a) DI.ABSQ must wait until DO.ABSR is Off before switching Off. (b) DI.ABSQ must wait until DO.ABSR is On before switching On.
- Check whether the interval from DO.ABSR turning On to DI.ABSQ turning On exceeds 200 ms. Correct operation: after DO.ABSR turns On and the absolute position bit data is ready, read DO.ABSD within 200 ms, switch DI.ABSQ to On, and notify the drive that the data bits have been read. Power on again to clear.
