Cause

Condition: Abnormal reset of the encoder chip. Cause: Encoder chip reset.

Corrective action

1. Check and confirm whether the encoder signal cable has poor contact.
2. Check whether the encoder power supply is stable, and use shielded cable.
3. Check whether the encoder operating temperature exceeds 95°C. Eliminate the cause of the temperature rise, then allow it to cool before operation. If the above measures do not improve the situation, return the motor to the dealer or manufacturer for repair. Power on again to clear.
