Communication with all drive unit interrupted

Description

In drive module arg, communication with the axis computer to all drive unit has been interrupted.

Consequences

No action can be taken until this error is corrected. The system enters a "motor off" state with zero torque.

Possible causes

1. Check that all cables are connected correctly.
2. Check if drive unit has logic power.
3. Check/replace Ethernet cable.
4. Check for other hardware event log messages.
5. Check the event log for power supply unit error messages.
6. Check the wiring between the power supply unit and drive unit.
7. Check the 24V output of the power supply unit.
