[Cause]
A communication error occurred in the pulse encoder connected to the main board. If a force sensor is being used, an error may occur during force sensor communication.
[Countermeasure]
1. If it occurs at the same time as other alarms, please take measures to deal with the alarms that occur at the same time.
2. If the alarm occurs simultaneously with the force sensor, please confirm the error message related to the force sensor and take countermeasures. Before implementing countermeasure 3 below, be sure to obtain an image backup of the control unit.
3. Replace the mainboard and restore the obtained image backup.
4. Replace the CPU card.
5. Even if the above countermeasures are taken and the problem still cannot be repaired, please inform the service center of the details when the alarm occurred.
