[Cause]
An attempt was made to execute the touch sensor instructions in the wrong order. For example, this alarm occurs when the search start instruction is executed after the offset start instruction and before the offset end instruction.
[Remedy]
Check the order of touch sensor commands. After ending the executing program, restart it.
