Category: Alarm
Cause
Condition: Abnormal operation of the motor parameter identification wizard. Causes: This alarm appears during motor parameter identification if excessive friction prevents the motor from running, or if the resolution or pole pitch is entered incorrectly (the entered value is too large).
Corrective action
- Check that PM.003, PM.004 and PM.045 are set correctly according to the specifications.
- Check whether the motor can run normally.
- Check whether friction between the motor and mechanism is excessive.
- Check the feedback signal for abnormalities. In the software oscilloscope, select [Feedback Position PUU] as the channel type and monitor whether the feedback values are correct.
- Check whether interference causes missing pulses.
- If an interference source exists, check as follows: (a) Ensure that the motor grounding terminal is securely grounded. Connect the power cable grounding terminal (yellow-green) to the drive heat sink (Heat Sink). (b) Use shielded feedback signal cable. Separate signal cables from power cables and high-current wiring to prevent interference. Reset the alarm.
