Although the safety switch has been released when the teach pendant is enabled, the emergency stop circuit has not been cut off.
[Countermeasure]
1. It may be caused by the failure of related parts. Take appropriate countermeasures according to the "Troubleshooting based on alarm code" in the control device maintenance manual corresponding to the control device used.
2. When the control device is equipped with robot separation switch hardware, this alarm will occur if the robot separation function is set incorrectly. Please confirm the setting of $ROBOT_ISOLC.
