Description

Consequences
There is no way to run mechanical unit manually or automatically.
Possible causes
- Contactor operating chain is open.
- There is a mechanical or electrical problem with the contactor itself.
- FlexPendant The enabled device may switch too quickly, or the system may be configured incorrectly. This failure rarely occurs at the same time as other failures, and if it does, a message related to it can be found in the error log.
Recommended actions
- To restore normal operation, first acknowledge the error, then release the enabling device and press it again after approximately 1 second.
- Check the cables and connections on the safety system.
- Check for any other error log messages temporally related to this error.
- Check the system action configuration related to the motor power-on (ON) relay. Its configuration data is described in Technical reference manual - System parameters.
Warning: Do not continue using the robot until the fault has been identified and eliminated.
