The mass of the current load data when calling CSSAct is arg kilograms. SoftMove requires precise load definition. This is usually set by the load definition as part of the tool definition.

Consequences
When SoftMove detects that the mass is less than or equal to 0.001 kilograms, it will not be allowed to start. Therefore the CSSAct instruction cannot be run using tool0.
Possible causes
The current tool when command CSSAct is run is tool0 or another tool with too small a mass. The current tool is set by the motion instruction, or by performing jog control before executing the CSSAct instruction.
Recommended actions
Use the most precise tool definition possible. Use load determination.
If a simple test of SoftMove only uses the mounting flange as a tool, you would need to create a tool definition similar to tool0, but with a mass greater than 0.002 in kilograms.
