Content: The servo software does not support the E0x controller.

Main causes:

1. The servo amplifier unit in use does not correspond to the servo software version.

2. A problem with the servo board.

Countermeasures:

1. In auxiliary functions “804 Software Version” and “2002 External Axis Settings”, check the software model, motor settings, and servo amplifier unit model.

2. If the settings in 1 are correct but the error cannot be cleared, replace the servo amplifier unit.
