Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.
Description: Based on the PN voltage sensor value on the power supply unit power board converted back to its original value, the power supply unit control board (1VH) detects an error when the motor power (P-N power supply voltage) is at or below the rated value (DC150V) when motor power is turned ON or while it is ON.

[NOTE]
Note that when the voltage is too low, insufficient motor power during servo control may allow the arm to drop until this error is detected. As a result, other errors, such as abnormal speed or abnormal deviation, may be detected at the same time.
Main causes:
-
An open circuit or poor connection in the harness inside the power supply unit.
-
The power supply unit power board is faulty.
-
A problem with the power supply unit control board.
-
An open or short circuit in the wiring between the power supply unit power board (X352, X353) and power block board, or a faulty PN capacitor.
-
The power module board is faulty.
-
A problem with the power regeneration unit. (E03)
Countermeasures:
-
Replace the power supply unit.
-
Check the wiring between the power supply unit power board (X352, X353) and the power module board. Alternatively, replace the PN capacitor.
-
Replace the servo amplifier unit.
-
Replace the power regeneration unit. (E03)
