[Cause]
In the robot's DP master slave parameters, the slave parameter indicated by the number in parentheses is incorrect. The conditional expressions used to explain the reasons for this alarm are explained. The following abbreviations are used in the explanation. In addition, the following terms are used in the explanation.
+------------+---------------------------------------------------------------------+ | NUMBER_IN | Number of input bytes on the DP master slave parameter setup screen | +------------+---------------------------------------------------------------------+ | NUMBER_OUT | Number of output bytes on the same screen | +------------+---------------------------------------------------------------------+ | IN_OFFSET | Input offset address on the same screen | +------------+---------------------------------------------------------------------+ | OUT_OFFSET | Output offset address on the same screen | +------------+---------------------------------------------------------------------+
In addition, the following terminology is used in the note.+----------+-------------------------------------------------+ | DI bytes | Number of input bytes on the DP host set screen | +----------+-------------------------------------------------+ | DO bytes | Number of output bytes on the same screen | +----------+-------------------------------------------------+
The total number of bytes for analog output signals and welding output signals is calculated as follows. Use the number of AO bytes and AO_OFFSET for the slave AO address that is the same as the address indicated by the number in parentheses in the alarm message.+-----------+--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | AO bytes | When arc welding signals are disabled on the DP master analog I/O setup screen, the number | | | of AO on the same screen ×2. When arc welding signals are enabled on the DP master analog | | | I/O setup screen, the number of AO on the same screen ×2+2. | +-----------+--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | AO_OFFSET | The value of the AO offset address on the DP master analog I/O setup screen. | +-----------+--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+
The total number of bytes for analog input signals and welding input signals is calculated as follows. Use the number of AI bytes and AI_OFFSET for the slave AI address that is the same as the address indicated by the number in parentheses in the alarm message.+-----------+--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | AI bytes | When arc welding signals are disabled on the DP master analog I/O setup screen, the number | | | of AI on the same screen ×2. When arc welding signals are enabled on the DP master analog | | | I/O setup screen, the number of AI on the same screen ×2+2. | +-----------+--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | AI_OFFSET | The value of the AI offset address on the DP master analog I/O setup screen. | +-----------+--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+
This alarm occurs when any one of the following conditional expressions is satisfied.
a) DI bytes < NUMBER_IN + IN_OFFSET
(b) DO bytes < NUMBER_OUT+OUT_OFFSET
c) NUMBER_IN < AI_OFFSET + AI bytes
d) DI bytes < NUMBER_IN - AI bytes + IN_OFFSET
e) NUMBER_OUT < AO_OFFSET + AO bytes
f) DO bytes < NUMBER_OUT - AO bytes + OUT_OFFSET[Countermeasure]
Change the settings of the robot's DP host to avoid meeting the above conditions.
