[Cause]
Converting the applied force specified in the force instruction or force conditions to motor torque resulted in a value exceeding the maximum motor torque.
[Countermeasure]
Responses:
- Reduce the specified applied force. - Check the force adjustment results. If the force adjustment is incorrect, perform it again. - On the servo gun setup screen, check whether the maximum motor torque value is correct. If possible, increase the maximum motor torque setting.
Note: Maximum motor torque is set as a ratio relative to the maximum allowable motor torque. Therefore, a setting exceeding the allowable values of the motor and amplifier cannot be made.
