Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Not possible.

Description: Encoder data cannot be read correctly when the controller power is turned ON. (This error is detected by the servo software.)

Main causes:

1. An open or short circuit in the encoder harness.

2. A problem with the encoder.

Countermeasures:

1. Check the encoder harness for an open circuit or short circuit, and replace the encoder.

2. Replace the servo board.
