Cause:
The comboBoxRobotType type value in the robot configuration file RobotParameter.xml under the controller ConfigureFiles directory is incorrect.
Troubleshooting:
Go to ftp://192.168.39.220/ConfigureFiles/ and check whether the comboBoxRobotType type value in the robot configuration file RobotParameter.xml is one of GeneralRobot, Palletizer, or BendRobot5R.
Solution:
Contact after-sales support and copy the corresponding robot configuration file RobotParameter.xml to the controller.
