Main causes:

1. Excessive regenerative voltage caused by executing the taught motion.

2. A problem with the power block for the power regeneration axis.

3. A problem with the reactor unit.

4. A problem with the servo board.

Countermeasures:

1. If the regenerative voltage is excessive, change the taught data or reduce the repeat speed.

2. Replace the servo amplifier unit.

3. Replace the reactor unit.
