Cause

Conditions:

1. Abnormal internal communication in the absolute encoder chip.
2. Internal abnormality in another type of encoder. Cause: Encoder internal communication abnormality.

Corrective action

1. Check whether the battery wiring is reversed or loose. If loose, reconnect the battery wiring and power on again.
2. Check whether the battery voltage is normal.
3. Abnormal internal communication in the absolute position detector chip; replace the motor. Power on again to clear.
