Cause
At power-on, the change in encoder actual multi-turn value exceeds the permitted range
Corrective action
- Ensure that the change between the actual motor position at power-on and the position at the previous power-off does not exceed the permitted range
- If unidirectional operation is required, enable unlimited position control using parameter 0x2000
