[Cause]
An abnormality in the pulse encoder signal was detected through the software. The cause is noise or a fault (disconnection) in the pulse encoder's internal circuit. The numbers in parentheses indicate the action group number and the axis number within the action group.
[Countermeasure]
1. When operation can be restored by supplying power to the control device OFF/ON, it may be caused by noise. Strengthen the shielding of the pulse encoder cable.
2. If it cannot be restored by power supply OFF/ON, it means that the pulse encoder is faulty. Replace the motor. After replacing the pulse encoder, zero point calibration is required.
