Description
Move arg from current position to target position when opened
gives a move that moves in the wrong direction
Consequences
Opening the wrong program will start with the execution end move.
Possible causes
Before returning control to position control, movement force control must move the mechanical unit back to its starting position when it took over from position control.
In this case, the starting position of the forced movement will be closer to the end position than the current position, which will cause the end of the movement to be executed before position control can take over.
This condition means that a collision with the circuit board occurred during the end of the move, the circuit board thickness is incorrect, or the calibration is incorrect.
Recommended actions
- Make sure the configuration is correct, such as board thickness.
- Make sure the calibration is correct.
