Cause

1. No external encoder battery connected, or battery wiring has poor contact
2. Encoder battery undervoltage
3. Encoder battery wire polarity is reversed, or damaged insulation causes a short circuit to ground

Corrective action

1. Check the encoder battery wiring and ensure secure connections
2. Replace the battery
3. To avoid using this function, modify parameter 0x201B or 0x201C to disable encoder battery low-voltage detection
