[Cause]
The cabinet door of the control device was opened, or an emergency stop signal was detected within a short period of time. The number in parentheses indicates the robot number (the number assigned in the 6 axis amplifier connection sequence).
[Countermeasures]
1. Check the alarm history, and if other alarms occur at the same time, refer to the causes of these alarms / and countermeasures.
2. Close the control unit door and press the RESET button.
3. If the alarm cannot be cleared, it may be caused by a failure of related components. Repair the control device in accordance with the instructions corresponding to the control device used
