Cause
- The motor mechanical load is jammed, preventing motor movement
- Inappropriate drive regulator parameter settings cause poor current tracking performance
- Drive internal circuit abnormal
Corrective action
- Check the mechanical load transmission arrangement and ensure that no jamming or similar problems exist
- Optimize the regulator parameters to improve current tracking performance
- Replace the drive
- If not required, disable excessive current following error fault detection using parameter 0x20A1.Byte0
