[Cause]
The signal states of the 2 contacts of the safety switch are not consistent (the chain of the safety switch is abnormal).
[Countermeasure]
1. Completely release both safety switches once. At this time, if SRVO-236 (chain abnormality has been resolved) occurs, press the RESET button.
2. If SRVO-236 does not occur, follow the steps below to replace the hardware.
- Teaching pendant
- Cable between teach pendant and control unit
-Emergency stop board
- Cable between emergency stop board and main board
3. After taking countermeasures, perform the operation to release the chain abnormal state.
1) Temporarily press the emergency stop button on the teaching pendant or operation panel, and then release it.
2) Press F4 "Reset" on the alarm occurrence screen [4 Alarm].
3) Press the RESET button.
Note: This alarm may sound when the safety switch is not firmly held. No countermeasure 2 is required in this case.
