Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.

Description: The V-phase motor current detection circuit on the power block board is damaged, or there is a problem with the signal wiring to the servo board.

Main causes:

1. A problem with the power block board.

2. A problem with the servo board.

3. The harness between the power module board and the servo board has a poor connection.

4. The separate harness connector has a poor connection.

5. A problem with the motor or a poor motor connector connection.

6. A problem with the power supply unit.

Countermeasures:

1. Replace the servo amplifier unit.

2. Replace the servo board.

3. Check the wiring and connector connections between the power block board and servo board.

4. Replace the power supply unit.
