Cause
Condition: Internal data is abnormal three consecutive times. Causes:
- Caused by external interference.
- Encoder hardware fault.
Corrective action
To investigate interference, check the following:
- Ensure that the motor grounding terminal is securely grounded. Connect the power cable grounding terminal (yellow-green) to the drive heat sink (Heat Sink).
- Check whether the encoder signal cable is normal. Separate the encoder signal cable from power cables and high-current wiring to prevent interference.
- Check whether the position detector cable is shielded.
- Set P0.002= -80 on the panel to monitor the encoder cable communication error rate. If the value is greater than 0 and continues to increase, carefully recheck measures 1 ~ 3. If the value is 0, return the motor to the dealer or manufacturer for repair. Power on again to clear.
