Servo data file not found. (Code XX) (for E0x series controllers)

Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Not possible.

Description: The servo data file for the specified robot model was not found when the controller power was turned ON. Code 101 is displayed if the servo software does not contain data for the specified robot model.

Main causes:

1. The servo control software version is unsuitable.

2. The servo group software was not installed correctly.

3. The CF card of the main CPU board is faulty.

4. A problem with the servo board.

5. A problem with the main CPU board.

6. A problem with the motherboard.

Countermeasures:

1. Confirm the version number of the servo software package. Reinstall the package if necessary.

2. Replace the CF card on the main CPU board.

3. If the phenomenon cannot be reproduced or the program cannot return to normal, replace the main CPU board, servo board, or motherboard.

4. If the error cannot be cleared after taking the above countermeasures, report all details to Kawasaki service, including the full message, robot model, controller model, machine number, and AS/servo software versions.
