The arc emergency-stop time is the time during which welding is permitted while the robot is not operating. For details, refer to ARC-054. The weld-start processing could not finish within the arc emergency-stop time ($AWSEMGOFF.$CHK_TIME).
[Countermeasure]
Please change the welding power source to a setting that outputs the action release signal time in advance, or extend the arc emergency stop time.
