- The valid flag of "Calibration Offset (calibration offset)" or "Commutation Offset (communication offset)" in system parameter is not set to "Yes (yes)".
Recommended actions
Update measurement system:
- Update revolution counter.
- Recalibrate the joints.
- Change system parameter.
