Description
The control system cannot communicate properly with SFTP server arg.
Consequences
If server arg is defined as "trusted" ( TRUSTED ), bot execution will be stopped. If the server is defined as "untrusted" (NON-TRUSTED), program execution continues. These definitions are described in the Application Manual - Controller Software.
Possible causes
If this message appears on first startup, the server might be configured incorrectly. If the message appears during operation, it is possible that communication from the previous job was interrupted due to a disconnection. Also see the I/O event log!
Recommended actions
- Check the configuration of the SFTP server.
- Check all communications hardware, cables, etc.
- Check the SFTP client configuration on the controller.
