Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.
Description: Based on the instantaneous voltages between each pair of the three phases detected by the power regeneration control board and converted back to their original values, an error occurs if any effective value calculated by the servo board rises to approximately 255V continuously for 2 S, or an instantaneous value rises to 370V continuously for 2ms or longer.
Main causes:
-
High external AC supply voltage.
-
The robot's external power supply was cut OFF during regenerative operation.
-
A problem with the power supply unit power board.
-
A problem with the servo board.
Countermeasures:
-
Check that the external AC supply voltage is within the controller's rated range.
-
Replace the power regeneration unit.
-
Replace the servo amplifier unit.

[NOTE]
This error occurs when the external robot power is cut off during regenerative operation, but it does not indicate an abnormality.
