Category: Warning
Cause
- Servo motor U, V, W wiring is incorrect.
- Servo unit gain is low.
- The position command pulse frequency is relatively
- Position command acceleration is excessive.
- Relative to operating conditions, the excessive position deviation alarm threshold (Pn520)
- Servo unit fault.
Corrective action
- Check the motor and encoder cables for poor contact or other problems.
- Increase servo gain using advanced autotuning or similar means.
- Reduce position command pulse frequency or command acceleration, or adjust the electronic gear ratio.
- Add smoothing using position command acceleration/deceleration time constants (Pn216/Pn217).
- Set Pn520 correctly.
- Supply power again. If the alarm persists, the servo unit may be faulty. Replace it.
