Category: Alarm
Cause
- Servo motor UVW wiring;
- Servo drive gain too low;
- Position command pulse frequency too high;
- Excessive position command acceleration;
- Position deviation exceeds the excessive position deviation fault value (P00.19), whose setting is too low;
- Servo drive/motor fault;
- Brake release abnormal; motor stalled or driven by external force, such as mechanical jamming, collision, gravity, or another external pulling force.
Corrective action
- Verify the motor main circuit cable wiring and reconnect it;
- Check whether the servo drive gain is too low and increase it;
- Try reducing the command frequency before running again; reduce position command frequency or acceleration, or adjust the electronic gear ratio;
- Reduce command acceleration before running again; add smoothing functions such as position command acceleration/deceleration time parameters;
- Check whether the position deviation fault value (P00.19) is appropriate and set (P00.19) correctly;
- Inspect the operating graph in the background software; if there is input but no feedback, replace the servo drive
- Check the wiring and brake power supply, confirm that the brake is normal, and confirm that the motor is neither stalled nor driven by external force.
