Category: Alarm
Cause
Condition: the error between the position command and position feedback exceeds the permitted setting (P2.035). Causes:
- Maximum position error parameter set too low.
- Gain set too low.
- Torque limit or speed limit too low.
- Excessive external load.
- Electronic gear ratio set inappropriately.
- Power cable loose.
- Speed limit too low.
Corrective action
- Verify the maximum position error setting for the excessive position control error warning condition (P2.035), and increase it if necessary.
- Verify that the gain is appropriate for actual operating conditions.
- If speed and torque limiting are not required, disable parameter P1.002. Otherwise, check whether the internal speed limit (P1.009 ~P1.011) and internal torque limit (P1.012 ~ P1.014) settings are correct.
- Check the external load; reduce it or reassess motor capacity if necessary.
- Verify that the P1.044 to P1.045 ratio is appropriate for actual operating conditions and set the correct values.
- Check whether the power cable is loose.
- Check whether the maximum speed limit (P1.055) setting is too low. Reset the alarm.
