Cause: Overheating of the IPM component on the amplifier was detected. The numbers in parentheses indicate the action group number and the axis number within the action group. [Countermeasures] 1. Confirm whether the fan unit on the back of the outdoor air fan unit / is stopped and whether the vent is blocked. If necessary, replace or clean it. 2. If an alarm occurs when the robot moves violently, check the robot's operating conditions and relax the usage conditions if possible. (Reduce the magnification, etc.) 3. If this alarm occurs frequently, replace the servo amplifier. For details, please take appropriate measures according to "Troubleshooting based on alarm codes" in the control device maintenance manual corresponding to the control device used. For additional shafts, refer to the additional shaft service instructions.
Note To clear this alarm, power needs to be cycled.
