[Cause]
The control power supply voltage (+5V, etc.) on the servo amplifier for the group and axis shown in the drive alarm message is abnormally low (6-axis amplifier, iSV). When detected on a 6-axis amplifier, this alarm is output for axes 1 and 2, or axes 1, 2, and 3, of the 6-axis amplifier that detected it.
[Countermeasure]
The servo amplifier or power supply unit may be faulty. Take the countermeasures in "Troubleshooting by Alarm Code" in the maintenance manual for the controller being used. For additional axes, refer to the additional-axis maintenance manual.
