[Cause]
The communication between the pulse encoder and the linear tracking interface circuit board is abnormal. See item SRVO-068. The number in parentheses indicates the tracking encoder number.
[Countermeasure]
1. Check the connection of the linear tracking cable (linear tracking interface circuit board, motor side).
2. Make sure the shield of the linear tracking cable is firmly connected to the ground wire.
3. Replace the linear tracking pulse encoder.
4. Replace linear tracking cable.
5. Replace the linear tracking interface circuit board.
