Category: Alarm
Cause
Condition: Abnormal jumps occur in motor position feedback. Causes:
- Encoder feedback is abnormal or the encoder is damaged.
- Encoder feedback is affected by interference.
Corrective action
- Check the feedback signal for abnormalities. In the software oscilloscope, select [Feedback Position PUU] as the channel type and observe samples at 16 kHz or 20 kHz. Move the motor manually and monitor the feedback for discontinuous abnormal jumps.
- Check whether feedback signal interference causes abnormal jumps in motor position feedback.
- If the main encoder source is CN2, check whether interference increases the communication error rate. For example, to check the communication error rate: P0.017 = -80; read P0.009 and observe whether it is not 0 and trending upward. Power on again to clear.
