[Cause]
The servo amplifier could not be recognized at power-on. The numbers in parentheses indicate the motion group number and the axis number within the motion group. (In software versions earlier than version 14 of the 7DF1 series, there is 1 number in parentheses, indicating the amplifier number.)
[Countermeasure]
1. If none of the LEDs on the servo amplifier are lit while the controller is powered on, power has not been supplied to the servo amplifier. Check whether any connectors on the servo amplifier or emergency stop unit are disconnected or loose.
2. Turn off the power, disconnect the pulse coder cables (JF1, JF2) from the servo amplifier, turn the power on again, and check whether the SRVO-222 alarm no longer occurs. If the SRVO-222 alarm no longer occurs, there is a short circuit in the pulse coder cable or the internal control power supply of the pulse coder. Identify and replace the faulty part. (In this case, ‘-’ may flash on the LED of the additional axis amplifier.)
3. Confirm whether the additional axis amplifier for the R-30iA control unit is installed in the system of the R-30iB control unit.
4. Please confirm whether the axis settings (FSSB system number, hardware start axis number) are correct.
5. Replace additional axis amplifier.
6. Replace the 6 axis servo amplifier.
7. Replace the fiber optic cable.
8. Replace the servo card.
