Category: Alarm
Cause
Condition: The non-overflow indexing coordinate function is enabled (P2.069.Z = 1), and the motor fails to save its current position when control power is lost. Causes:
- Continuous operation above the drive rated load.
- Internal variables differ because of version differences after a firmware update.
- Drive hardware EEPROM abnormality.
- Short circuit in drive hardware circuitry.
- AL520 causes a drive fault.
Corrective action
- Set drive status display P0.002 to 12 and monitor whether average load ratio [%] continuously exceeds 100%. If it continuously exceeds 100% (refer to appendix A load ratio versus operating time curve), increase motor capacity or reduce the load.
- If this alarm persists, return the drive to the dealer or manufacturer for repair. Power on again.
