Cause

Incremental encoder:

1. Z signal reception abnormal; poor Z signal wiring or an encoder fault causes Z signal loss; absolute encoder:
2. Insufficient absolute encoder battery power;
3. Parameter P06.47=1 (absolute system selected), but encoder initialization has not been performed;
4. Encoder wiring at the motor end was unplugged or plugged in while drive power was off

Corrective action

1. Rotate the motor shaft manually; if the fault persists, check the encoder wiring, reconnect or replace the cable, or replace the encoder, then power on again;
2. Check whether the battery is normal; replace it if its voltage is insufficient;
3. Set P20.06 =7 to initialize the turn count, then power on again;
