Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.

Description: An abnormality in the PWM power output circuit is detected on the servo board.

Main causes:

1. A problem with the servo board.

2. A problem with the power block board.

Countermeasures:

1. Replace the servo board.

2. Replace the servo amplifier unit.
