Cause
- During DI function assignment, the same function is assigned to multiple DI terminals.
- The DI function number exceeds the number of DI functions.
Corrective action
- Check whether the same nonzero DI function number is set in 2003-03h/2003-05h…2003-15h and 2017-01h/2017-03h…2017-1Fh. Reassign different function numbers to the 2003h and 2017h group parameters assigned the same nonzero function number, then cycle the control power to apply the changes. Alternatively, first turn off the servo enable signal and issue a reset signal to apply the changes.
- Confirm whether the MCU program has been updated. Restore the system parameters to their initial values (2002-20h=1), then power on again.
