If the fault always occurs at a particular program step or during a particular operation, report all details to Kawasaki service, including the full message, robot model, controller model, machine number, AS/servo software versions, operation when the error occurred, program listing, optional functions, etc.

If the program has not returned to normal, perform initialization and reload the taught data. Note that initialization cannot be completed unless the teach pendant or the terminal software on the computer is running at this time.
