Cause
- The software version used to write parameters is newer than that of the servo unit reporting the alarm
- Servo unit fault
Corrective action
- Use Fn012 to confirm whether the software versions are identical. Different versions may cause the alarm. Write parameters from another servo unit with the same software version and model, then turn on the power again.
- The servo unit may be faulty. Replace the servo unit.
