SERVO Ground fault(PS)(G:%d A:%d)

[Cause]

The common power supply (iPS) detected a ground fault in the motor power cable. The alarm is displayed on axis 1 and axis 2, or on axis 1, axis 2 and axis 3, of the 6-axis amplifier. The numbers in parentheses indicate the motion group number and the axis number within the motion group.

[Countermeasure]

1. Confirm whether the motor and power wires are grounded.
2. Replace the common power supply (iPS).
3. Please replace the servo amplifier (6 axis servo amplifier, iSV).

       Note To clear this alarm, power needs to be cycled.
