[Servo board XX] External AC power interrupted. (for E0x series controllers)

Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Not possible.

On the slave controller (multi-axis controller), the AC external power supply has dropped to the rated value -30% or lower for 1/50-1/30 second.

Main causes:

1. The AC external power supply of the slave controller (multi-axis controller) is faulty.

2. A problem with the AVR of the slave controller (multi-axis controller).

3. An open circuit in the signal harness between the motherboard and servo board of the slave controller (multi-axis controller).

4. A problem with the servo board.

Countermeasures:

1. Switch the slave controller (multi-axis controller) power OFF, then switch it on again. Afterward, switch on the controller power of the master controller (robot body controller).

2. Replace the AVR of the slave controller (multi-axis controller).

3. Check whether the signal harness between the motherboard and servo board of the slave controller (multi-axis controller) is connected.

4. Replace the servo board.
