[Cause]
A timeout error of the stud welding equipment (welding controller) was detected during the welding process. This is when the control device has not yet detected that the welding is complete, or the timing This error will occur when welding is abnormal after the timeout of the controller. Usually it means that the studs have been welded on the welding gun and the panel.
[Countermeasure]
Stop the robot temporarily and loosen the welding gun and stud. Then, cancel the alarm of the welding machine and start the program again.
